Danger Open Hole

This yellow warning triangle reads DANGER, OPEN HOLE in English and BAHAYA! LUBANG TERBUKA in Bahasa Malaysia, with a Chinese version (当心坑洞) available alone or combined with the other two languages. The falling-figure pictogram warns of a fall hazard. It is used around excavations, trenches, open manholes, lift shafts, floor openings, incomplete slabs and drainage works on construction sites, road and utility works, renovation jobs in shopping malls and condominiums, and plantation or landscaping works across Malaysia. Contractors display it on barriers and hoardings as part of the site safety signage expected under JKKP/DOSH requirements, and it is reused from job to job.
