The sign reads VITAL SIGNS STATION – BLOOD PRESSURE · WEIGHT · TEMPERATURE in English and STESEN TANDA VITAL – TEKANAN DARAH · BERAT · SUHU in Bahasa Malaysia, with a Chinese version (生命体征检测站) available. Most clinics in Malaysia check BP, weight and temperature before the consultation, and a labelled station keeps the queue moving in a GP clinic, panel clinic, health screening centre, occupational health unit or hospital outpatient department. The design is a landscape 3:1 door plate in navy acrylic-look style with a blood-pressure cuff pictogram. Mount it on the wall above the BP machine and weighing scale, or on the partition of the vitals cubicle, at a height patients can read while seated. Pick a vinyl sticker for glass and laminate, a rigid 5mm PVC foam board plate for a clean acrylic-look finish, or EG steel for tougher spots. Sizes 180×60 to 600×200 mm, five language versions, printed to order and delivered nationwide.
