This door sign reads OPTOMETRY – EYE EXAMINATION in English and OPTOMETRI – PEMERIKSAAN MATA in Bahasa Malaysia, with a Chinese version (验光室) available. Use it on the refraction room in a kedai cermin mata, an optometry practice, an ophthalmology clinic, a school or workplace health screening unit or a hospital eye department in Malaysia. Clearly labelled examination rooms are part of the signage healthcare and optical premises are expected to maintain. The design is a landscape 3:1 door plate in navy acrylic-look style with an eye-chart pictogram. Mount it on the door or the wall beside the frame at eye level so walk-in customers can find the exam room from the retail floor.
