This door sign reads OBSERVATION ROOM in English and BILIK PEMERHATIAN in Bahasa Malaysia; a Chinese version (观察室) is available. The observation room is where patients rest on a bed after a drip, nebuliser or injection while staff monitor them, so the sign belongs in a 24-hour klinik, GP or panel clinic with observation beds, an emergency department or a hospital day-care unit in Malaysia. Labelled clinical areas are part of the signage private healthcare facilities are expected to keep in order.
