This door sign reads ISOLATION ROOM – NO ENTRY WITHOUT PPE in English and BILIK PENGASINGAN – DILARANG MASUK TANPA PPE in Bahasa Malaysia, with a Chinese version (隔离室) available. It belongs on the isolation or fever room door in a GP clinic, 24-hour klinik, hospital ward, emergency department, dialysis centre or nursing home in Malaysia. Infection control signage at isolation rooms is a standard expectation for healthcare facilities, and a bilingual plate makes the PPE rule clear. The design is a landscape 3:1 door plate in red acrylic-look style with a face-mask pictogram. Mount it on the door at eye level and again on the wall beside the frame so it is visible when the door is open.
