What are plastic signs?
Plastic signs are printed in full colour, straight onto a rigid plastic board, then cut to your size. We print on three boards: PVC foam, the all-rounder; PP hollow, the light, low-cost one; and HIPS, the thin, glossy high-impact board for menus and indoor signs.
They are waterproof, light enough to courier anywhere in Malaysia and far cheaper than metal or acrylic. That makes them the usual choice for shop notices, menus, room and door signs, construction-site boards, parking signs, property signs and event directions.
Put them up with screws through drilled holes, on silver standoffs, with double-sided tape or with cable ties. Any size up to 4 × 8 ft per board, cut square or cut to the shape of your design, printed on one side or both.

Care
- Cleaning. A soft cloth, water and a little mild soap. No thinner, alcohol or scouring pads on the printed face: they lift the ink.
- Sun. Outdoors, the print keeps its colour longer out of the strong afternoon sun. Gloss lamination adds scratch and UV protection on PVC and PP.
- HIPS stays indoors. It is made for menus, doors and rooms. For a sign that stays outside for years, choose a Metal Sign.
- Keep big boards flat. Fix large signs at all four corners, and store spare boards lying flat rather than leaning.

FAQ
Which board should I choose?
A shop or outdoor sign that stays up: PVC foam 5mm. The lowest price, a site board or a short campaign: PP hollow 5mm. A menu for a restaurant or drink shop, or an indoor door sign: HIPS 1.5mm (indoors only; outside, use PVC foam). A big sign that must stay straight by itself: PVC foam 10mm.
Why HIPS for menus?
HIPS is a high-impact board: stronger than ordinary acrylic, it bends instead of cracking or shattering. It resists scratches, so menus stay like new; it is waterproof and oil-resistant for restaurants and drink shops; it is non-toxic and odour-free (food-grade safe); and its glossy print is sharp and vivid. Keep it indoors.
Can plastic signs be used outdoors?
PVC foam and PP hollow are waterproof and made for indoors and outdoors. HIPS is for indoors. For many years outside, choose a Metal Sign.
What sizes can I order?
Any size from 1 cm up to 4 × 8 ft (122 × 244 cm) per board. Type the width and height in cm, mm, ft or inches. Bigger signs are joined from panels: ask us on WhatsApp.
Can you cut it to a shape?
Yes. Choose Shape: Cut to shape, and we cut along the outline of your design. It's priced by the length of the cut edge, with no setup fee. You can still add holes.
Can I send a picture I made with AI?
Yes. Send the image from ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva or any other app as it is. We check its size and sharpness for your sign and tell you before printing if it would look blurry.
Holes, screws or standoffs: what's the difference?
Choose 2 holes (standard), 4, 6 or 8, RM2.50 each, drilled 5 cm in from the edges; special positions go in the note or on your design. Holes only: use your own screws or cable ties. Holes + screws (RM1 per screw): the sign sits flat on the wall. Holes + standoffs (RM2 per standoff): silver posts hold the sign 2 cm off the wall. No holes at all? Double-sided tape is RM1 per sign.
How long does it take?
Ready in 3 working days after you approve your proof (by 2pm). Express is the next working day for +30% (min RM20, max RM150 per order).
