Why no express?
Each letter is printed layer by layer to order, so we cannot rush it to the next day.
How is the price worked out?
By the length of your line of text and the letter height: type W as the total length of the line and H as the height of the capital letters.
How do I put them up?
Every order comes with a free full-size paper template: tape it to the wall, stick each letter on its outline, peel the template away.
Can I send a picture I made with AI?
Yes. Send it as it is; we check size and sharpness and tell you before printing if it would look blurry.
How long does it take?
Ready in 3 working days after you approve your proof (by 2pm). Express is the next working day for +30% (min RM20, max RM150 per order).
Do you deliver?
Free pickup in Seri Kembangan (Mon–Fri 9–6, Sat 8–1). Courier anywhere in Malaysia; the cost shows in your cart before you pay.
